Description

You will install, maintain, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer sites and patient homes. You will serve as a technical expert, provide support to clinical staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product improvement through feedback and documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics preferred or military equivalent
• 5+ years field service or industry experience
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to travel extensively within the US, primarily by car, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and software upgrades
• Serve as technical subject matter expert on the Tablo product
• Deliver first and second level technical support to customers
• Accurately document service activities and manage spare parts inventory
