• Respond to employee inquiries via JIRA ticketing system
• Maintain employee data accuracy in Workday
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Draft employment-related letters and agreements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in similar HR role
• Experience with Workday HRIS
• Familiarity with case management tools like JIRA

• Experience with Zendesk or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of compliance audit processes
