🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable distributed microservices in Go
• Build and optimize mission-critical backend software with P2P systems
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and consistent application behavior
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5–6+ years as Senior or Lead Backend Engineer
• MS degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong Go hands-on expertise
• Production P2P architecture experience

• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Multi-cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with libp2p or decentralized systems
