You'll ensure daily room blocking and inventory accuracy across systems like MARSHA and Lightspeed. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily room blocking and assignment processes
• Maintain accurate room inventory and reservation data in MARSHA and Lightspeed
• Serve as liaison between Reservations, Front Desk, and other departments
• Conduct arrival audits and inventory balancing

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and room categories
• Familiarity with MARSHA, Lightspeed, or GXP preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
