💼 About This Role

You'll lead Coupa solution implementations at client sites, managing project delivery from mobilization to deployment. You'll build customer partnerships and drive process optimization to ensure successful go-live outcomes. This role is hybrid in Tokyo, working with a global spend management platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all implementation phases from mobilization to deployment.
• Discuss process optimization and best practices with customers.
• Collaborate with Coupa services partners throughout implementations.
• Provide technical and functional expertise on the Coupa platform.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of systems applications consulting experience.
• Experience with Procure to Pay processes.
• Proven client management for go-live implementations in procurement or AP.
• Experience with SaaS and financial or procurement software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise with Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, or similar applications.
• Experience in procurement, AP, or expense management.
• Familiarity with financial accounting software.
