💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end video production for Vulture, shooting and editing ambitious short- and long-form content across web, YouTube, and social platforms. You'll help build production systems and workflows, collaborating with editorial and studio partners. This role offers editorial freedom to shape Vulture's multimedia strategy and culture coverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceive, pitch, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver video content
• Create production templates, naming conventions, and budgeting processes
• Coordinate studio and remote shoots, operate camera, lighting, and sound
• Collaborate with editorial, social, and audience teams to optimize storytelling

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years producing and editing digital video
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience shooting and editing for both horizontal and vertical formats
• Strong hands-on experience with camera, lighting, and sound setup

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience launching or leading a small video initiative or team
• Familiarity with codecs, transcodes, and media asset management
• Prior experience booking high-profile talent or managing talent logistics
