💼 About This Role

You'll lead career pathways and student transitions for adult immigrants and refugees. You'll ensure integrated programming across Adult Education and Employment Services. This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite in Chicagoland.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise Career Pathways staff and support Student Success Coaches.
• Coordinate cross-department integration with Employment Services, Adult Education, and Children & Youth.
• Maintain relationships with community colleges, training providers, and employer partners.
• Monitor program data and ensure compliance with grant-funded program standards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
