💼 About This Role

You'll oversee fund operations for USVC, the first-ever SEC-registered vehicle providing retail access to venture capital. You'll design and run the end-to-end operating model, driving innovation and automation in a tech-first back office. This role involves writing the playbooks for governance, service-provider management, and NAV/reporting cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run day-to-day fund operations including NAV/reporting, cash and custody.
• Manage service providers and drive public reporting and filings.
• Lead audit planning and maintain PCAOB-grade controls.
• Oversee liquidity and repurchase calendars for accurate shareholder servicing.
• Build and mentor a high-bar operations team with SOPs and risk controls.

📋 Requirements

• '40-Act expertise with 8+ years running operations for registered funds.
• Track record leading audits, board cycles, and SEC filings with auditors.
• Strong vendor-management skills across admin, custodian, distributor, and counsel.
• Ability to create effective controls, run-books, and SOPs with a systems mindset.
