You'll own the outbound pipeline layer for a high-velocity pod at Engine, rebuilding business travel with an AI-native platform. You will embed with SMB and Enterprise sellers to eliminate friction from their motion, ensuring speed and precision. This role combines system ownership, data integrity, and operational rhythm to keep the outbound engine running at full capacity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain pipeline coverage models and velocity metrics
- Configure sequencing tools and lead routing for rep productivity
- Own lead enrichment and scoring infrastructure
- Define and track SDR/AE handoff criteria and quality
- Enforce CRM hygiene standards and stage definitions
๐ Requirements
- 7-10 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations supporting high-velocity outbound
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a primary CRM
- Experience with outbound sequencing platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
- Proven pipeline analysis and forecast methodology used in QBRs

- Exposure to AI-powered lead scoring or workflow automation deployment
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or fintech environments
- Familiarity with enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay
