You'll conduct mixed-methods research for Monzo's Wealth Collective to shape high-stakes financial products. You'll drive customer impact and commercial outcomes while mentoring the research team.

• Identify and prioritize the biggest research opportunities for customers
• Run complex mixed-methods research projects across teams
• Communicate actionable insights to define strategy
• Partner with cross-discipline leaders for customer and business outcomes

• Demonstrable experience as a high-performing individual contributor in product research
• Passion for mentoring and coaching user researchers
• Ability to solve systemic issues from complexity
• Expertise in mixed-methods research and scaling support
