🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement engineering roadmap for scalable outreach
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Research Scientists
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Leverage experimentation to refine growth strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math or related field
• 8+ years of experience including 3+ years people management
• Experience leading product-oriented teams with quantifiable user impact
• Ability to convey complex technical information to varied audiences
