💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the global EHS organization at Saronic Technologies, a defense and maritime autonomy company. You'll drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications across high-risk manufacturing and shipbuilding operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape EHS for AI-driven autonomous maritime systems in a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a global EHS strategy for defense and maritime programs.
• Scale the EHS organization across international sites ensuring compliance.
• Lead certification efforts for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ASTM E2920-24.
• Oversee audit programs, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership in defense, maritime, or advanced manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in shipbuilding or ship repair and high-hazard environments.
• Proven track record achieving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE.
• Experience with autonomous or remotely operated systems.
