💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of law, strategy, and operations, working directly with the General Counsel on high-stakes transactions and SEC filings. You'll drive business initiatives and company-building while handling everything from contracts to board materials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute corporate transactions including capital markets, M&A, and partnerships
• Draft contracts, term sheets, board resolutions, and legal documents
• Assist with SEC reporting and compliance
• Own business and operational projects end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of Big Law experience with corporate, M&A, or securities exposure
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• Comfortable operating in a public company environment
• Genuine interest in Bitcoin and the industry
