You'll own end-to-end consumer engagement and collections strategy for a portfolio of 3-4 clients, working directly with CXOs. You'll drive measurable lifts in recoveries and channel performance through data-driven insights and AI-powered workflows. This role offers the chance to hire and lead analysts within 6-12 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategies to improve collections recoveries and consumer experience
• Design structured experimentation frameworks and analyze results
• Monitor performance dashboards and resolve workflow issues
• Develop KPI frameworks to track and drive performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related field from Tier 1 college
• Minimum 1 year experience in consulting (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• High reliability and attention to detail
