• Make high-quality grants and actively source high-impact opportunities
• Lead strategic direction of the EA Infrastructure Fund
• Oversee the updated Community Building Grants program
• Grow the fund's donor base and fundraising capacity

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in grantmaking or philanthropic leadership
• Deep understanding of effective altruism principles and ecosystem
• Strategic thinking ability to define fund focus and priorities
• Fundraising experience with high-net-worth donors
