🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise general construction activities on wireless cell tower sites
• Provide leadership to crew ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines
• Review documentation, assemble materials, and determine installation methods
• Supervise tracking of on-site inventory and refresh project supplies

📋 Requirements

• Six to eight years wireless telecommunications industry experience
• Two to four years supervisory experience
• Ability to operate excavators and skid steers
• Must have or obtain OSHA Construction 10-hour Safety Training Card

• Anritsu Site Master Certification
• Ability to install remote radio heads
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and diagrams
