💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the main internal IT resource, supporting and optimizing a modern SaaS stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and Filevine CRM. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency and data quality across a fast-growing legal-tech organization. You'll also contribute to shaping AI-enabled workflows and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and training across the technology stack.
• Configure and optimize SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Design automation to improve workflows and tool usage.
• Maintain system integrations, data flows, and CRM data quality.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (SSO, MFA).
• Comfortable working in fully remote, asynchronous environments.

• Experience with Filevine CRM.
• Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and AI tools.
