You'll provide in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Port St Lucie, helping them regain independence and safely navigate daily routines. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through an agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards

📋 Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification required
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems
