💼 About This Role

You'll own cybersecurity operations and compliance for a defense AI startup valued at $1.4B. You'll lead incident response and work with a managed SOC to maintain SOC 2, Cyber Essentials Plus, and ISO 27001 certifications. This role offers real ownership in a high-growth environment with cross-functional challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary point of contact with managed SOC and coordinate incident response
• Run vulnerability scans and prioritize remediation across infrastructure and cloud
• Oversee EDR deployment and analyze telemetry for suspicious behavior
• Lead implementation of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in IT security or compliance roles
• Hands-on EDR experience with CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Defender
• Strong knowledge of at least two: SOC 2, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001
• Experience coordinating with a MSSP

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and JumpCloud security features
• Experience managing audit processes end-to-end
• French language proficiency
