💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Analytics team in Korea, connecting technical data work with client business goals for a global digital marketing agency. You'll act as a key advisor, mentor junior analysts, and support sales proposals. This role offers a hybrid work model and flexible hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide team on GA4, GTM, Looker Studio for web and app projects.
• Assist in creating proposals, estimating hours and costs.
• Mentor junior team members, manage workload, and train technical skills.
• Create long-term measurement plans and run client workshops.

📋 Requirements

• Native Korean speaker (must-have).
• Professional English level (written & spoken).
• 2+ years total experience in digital analytics.
• Expert in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (web & app).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Airbridge) and iOS tracking.
• Cloud fundamentals (GCP or AWS).
