💼 About This Role

You'll join the Product Operations team in Hartford, supporting annuity product processes and TPA partnerships. You'll resolve escalated issues and improve controls to enhance product support across Global Atlantic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve questions and projects with inforce policies and TPAs
• Respond to escalated service issues and production problems
• Develop and maintain Excel calculation tools for TPAs
• Audit TPA processes and identify process gaps

📋 Requirements

• Actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or related degree
• 2 exams passed and 1+ years insurance/actuarial experience
• Excel expertise demonstrated
• Strong analytical ability

• Experience with TPA management
• Process improvement experience
