💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care services to seniors in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Your work enables vulnerable participants to stay independent and receive compassionate support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Assist with instrumental ADLs like laundry and meal prep
• Measure and document participants' vital signs
• Act as medical escort to appointments
• Assist rehabilitation team with home exercise programs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current BLS/First Aid certification
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Registered with Home Care Registry prior to start

• Bilingual
• CPR certification upon hire
• Previous home care experience
