💼 About This Role

You'll build marketing experiences that make nonprofits fall in love with Givebutter, partnering with design to turn prototypes into production-grade motion and interaction. You'll ship real code on our Astro-based site, shaping how Givebutter looks and feels on the internet. This role blends design and engineering to create a fun, warm, alive brand expression.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build acquisition and marketing surfaces in our Astro-based site
• Translate Figma prototypes into production-grade motion and interaction
• Build data-driven marketing pages with real campaign data
• Wire marketing surfaces into analytics and feature-flag plumbing
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Design, and product engineering

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Production experience with Astro, React, Next.js, or Svelte
• Experience implementing advanced frontend animation systems (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow and cross-cutting web concerns
• Familiarity with AI-assisted code workflows
• Knowledge of PostHog, LaunchDarkly, or similar tools
