💼 About This Role

You'll own the low-level software stack for edge AI systems, developing Linux kernel drivers and enabling reliable hardware interaction in production environments. You'll work on camera pipelines, networking, and custom peripherals for a computer vision platform that transforms transit systems. You'll collaborate closely with hardware teams on board bring-up and validation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Linux kernel device drivers for cameras, sensors, and custom hardware.
• Own Linux kernel bring-up and platform enablement on embedded ARM64 systems.
• Debug complex issues across kernel space, drivers, and hardware interactions.
• Optimize high-throughput data paths such as camera pipelines and video encode/decode.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in firmware development.
• Strong C programming with expertise in Linux kernel and device drivers.
• Proven experience developing and debugging Linux kernel modules and BSPs.
• Hands-on experience with hardware interfaces and protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, DMA).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with camera subsystems (V4L2), GStreamer, or video pipelines.
• Experience with ARM64 embedded platforms and board bring-up.
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
