  • Build executive dashboards for recruitment metrics and workforce planning

  • 3โ€“5 years in talent intelligence, TA analytics, or data analytics roles
  • Hands-on experience with talent intelligence tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or Findem
  • Proven ability to build dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
