- Build executive dashboards for recruitment metrics and workforce planning

๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years in talent intelligence, TA analytics, or data analytics roles
- Hands-on experience with talent intelligence tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or Findem
- Proven ability to build dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
