You will create and lead video and motion-based assets for clients, from raw footage to final delivery, with a focus on social media. You'll collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and enhance concepts, leveraging AI tools and staying on top of platform trends.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of agency or equivalent experience
• Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing
• Skilled in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Workspace
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create video and motion-based assets including editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and animation
• Develop short-form social-first videos optimized for various platforms
• Work within brand guidelines and motion/design systems
• Brainstorm and collaborate on creative solutions for campaigns
• Help grow the team's video and motion capabilities
