Description

You will build and manage your own market within a contract recruitment division, developing client relationships, identifying freelance specialists, and managing the full recruitment process from first contact to placement. Your performance is directly rewarded with uncapped commission, and you'll receive structured training, mentoring, and clear progression to senior consultant or leadership roles.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, account management or comparable commercial role
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Motivation to work in a target-driven and performance-focused environment
• Resilience and ambition to build a career in recruitment
• Fluent English and ability to work in Amsterdam
