🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full contract lifecycle from drafting to reporting
• Review RFPs and support proposal development
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts
• Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation solutions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
• 10+ years of Contracts Manager experience
• Experience managing teams or supervising staff
• Expertise in FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations

• CFCM or CPCM certification
• Law degree
• Active or eligible Secret or Top Secret clearance
