Description

You will manage the vehicle financing portfolio in the Vitória region, building relationships with dealers and partners, identifying opportunities, and driving commercial strategy. Your role includes analyzing performance data, structuring sales programs, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related (completed or in progress)
  • Proven commercial experience in the automotive segment with direct contact with dealerships and partners
  • Experience managing commercial portfolio, including performance analysis and action plans
  • Ability to evaluate sales indicators and translate data into business direction
  • Active driver's license (CNH B) and own vehicle available for travel

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate sales reports, metrics, and KPIs to identify gaps and improvement actions
  • Monitor automotive market trends and competition to support commercial decisions
  • Manage partner company and client portfolio, maintaining service rhythm and forecast
  • Structure and support sales programs with partner companies to increase volume and conversion
  • Act as multiplier of best practices, promoting alignment across regions
