Description

You will lead acquisition and activation strategy, focusing on care continuity for higher-acuity members. Working at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, you'll define growth KPIs, build experimentation roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to mental healthcare.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience with a track record of driving user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Expert-level experimentation skills including A/B testing and iterative development.
  • Experience with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own growth KPIs for acquisition and activation, ensuring metrics reflect both business outcomes and clinical intent.
  • Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey, focusing on acquisition and activation for higher-acuity members.
  • Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and clinical teams.
  • Organize cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing experiences and internal workflows.
  • Use qualitative insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results to refine strategy and prioritization.
