💼 About This Role

You'll work as a partner-facing technical expert to enable Global System Integrators to deploy and scale Devin and Windsurf across their client base. You'll lead technical enablement sessions, co-deliver pilots, and unblock complex deployments, acting as Cognition's technical representative within partner organizations. This role blends deep technical work with partner enablement and ecosystem thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical success of GSI partners across onboarding and enablement
• Work with partner engineering to understand delivery models and use cases
• Enable partners to build repeatable solutions using Devin/Windsurf
• Lead technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams
• Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments

📋 Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field with strong engineering foundation
• Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams
• Strong communication skills to engage senior partner leaders
• Willingness to travel 25–50% including frequent India visits

• Advanced in a modern programming language like Python or TypeScript
• Experience with SI/GSI delivery models or enterprise software deployments
• Previous startup founding or high-growth environment experience
