💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Chagrin Falls, OH, working 1:1 to teach communication and daily living skills. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills in 1:1 sessions
• Collect behavioral data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Active RBT certification and completed 40-hour RBT training
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Chagrin Falls, OH
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
