Description

You will embed directly within business functions to deeply understand current workflows and redesign them using AI agentic tooling. You'll partner with leaders across GTM and G&A to surface opportunities, architect intelligent solutions, and deliver measurable gains in productivity. This is a high-visibility role with daily contact with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years building automations, intelligent workflows, or AI solutions in a business context
• Experience working directly with non-technical business teams
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
• Strong scripting/integration skills to build production-grade workflows
• Track record of automating processes with unstructured data or contextual decision-making

Responsibilities

• Embed with business functions to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities
• Reimagine workflows from first principles using agentic tooling
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations and internal tools
• Integrate LLMs, agentic frameworks, and automation platforms into production workflows
• Measure impact via baselines, adoption tracking, and productivity metrics
