You'll own and scale the revenue operations foundation for a fast-growing wealth management platform. Your core impact will be translating sales team needs into systems, data, and processes that drive pipeline governance and analytics. This role stands out for its direct partnership with sales leadership and ownership of AI-native GTM solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own pipeline stage governance and CRM data hygiene end-to-end
  • Lead new tool assessments with focus on AI-native GTM solutions
  • Own GTM analytics layer: pipeline, win rate, and revenue dashboards
  • Maintain lead scoring model and list management for SDRs
  • Partner on call coaching with transcription and rubric system

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Strong track record partnering with sales teams
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience building flows and validation rules
  • Strong analytical instincts for data quality and dashboards
  • Experience with territory design and maintaining clean data standards

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or workflow automation in GTM
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, or similar GTM tools
  • Background in wealth management or financial services
