💼 About This Role

You'll plan and execute upstream cell culture process experiments using perfusion bioreactors to support continuous manufacturing. You'll also troubleshoot complex issues and ensure aseptic technique.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
• Maintain small-scale perfusion bioreactors (0.25mL-10L).
• Develop unit operations for continuous manufacturing.
• Document experiments in notebooks and maintain records.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in chemical engineering, biology, or related field (or Master's +5 years / Bachelor's +8 years).
• Strong understanding of tissue culture and aseptic technique.
• Experience with bioreactors in perfusion mode.

✨ Nice to Have

• Track record in biopharmaceutical process development.
• Experience with continuous biomanufacturing process development.
• Experience with extracellular vesicle process development.

• Some weekend work may be required.
