💼 About This Role

You'll work on highload social discovery platforms used by 20M+ users globally, owning the full-cycle validation of product hypotheses. Your impact will drive key metrics like Approval Rates, Conversions, LTV, and ROI. Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams to optimize the user payment experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and prioritize product hypotheses based on market research
• Design, develop, test, and analyze product hypotheses end-to-end
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
• Drive growth of key product metrics: Approval Rates, Conversions, LTV, ROI

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Product Management in IT or similar roles
• Knowledge of basic product metrics and unit economics
• Ability to conduct A/B tests and use dashboards
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
