💼 About This Role

You'll join our AI team to build intelligent systems for Cosuno's construction platform, working on AI agent development, ranking and search, and price prediction models. You'll own the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment and collaborate across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve AI agent systems for multi-step reasoning
• Design ranking algorithms and retrieval systems for subcontractor matching
• Improve price prediction models for fair construction pricing
• Own full ML lifecycle from model architecture to production deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production-grade Python experience
• Deep expertise in classical ML or LLM applications
• Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and services
• Strong problem-solving skills with ambiguity handling

• Master's/PhD in ML, CS, or related field
• TypeScript experience for cross-team collaboration
