🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to define people strategy for Revenue and Partnerships
• Manage and develop a direct report People Partner
• Drive high performance through coaching and improved ways of working
• Lead change initiatives with empathy and structure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Senior People Partner in fast-growing tech companies
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leader influence
• Global experience with focus on North America
• Data-driven mindset using people insights
