Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies in the Greater Dayton area, building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources to connect people to mental health treatment. You'll be in the field 4-5 days a week meeting with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborating with internal teams to drive market penetration.

Requirements

• Based in Greater Dayton, OH
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
