💼 About This Role

You'll lead the implementation and optimization of Abacum, HighLevel's financial planning system, ensuring accurate data flows and automated reporting. Your work will directly improve scalability and efficiency across Finance, reducing manual effort and empowering self-service insights for management. You'll collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Data teams in a remote-first global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Abacum implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Integrate financial and operational data from NetSuite, Snowflake, etc.
• Build reporting dashboards and planning templates in Abacum.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting teams on data alignment.
• Automate manual finance workflows to improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in FP&A or Finance Systems within SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A tools (Abacum, Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Intacct, NetSuite) and data warehouses (Snowflake).

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Curiosity and ownership mindset.
