💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the dedicated technical expert for enterprise IAM, troubleshooting SSO and SCIM integrations for Scribe's largest customers. You'll triangulate issues across customer reports, WorkOS, and Scribe's backend to ensure seamless identity and access management. This role offers real ownership and direct impact on enterprise retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own SSO and SCIM configuration onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot access and provisioning issues across multiple systems.
• Lead live troubleshooting sessions during US business hours.
• Build internal documentation and escalation frameworks.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in a technical support or integration engineering role.
• Deep understanding of SAML and SCIM protocols end-to-end.
• Proficient with REST APIs and debugging with curl or Postman.
• Experience with RBAC and mapping IdP groups to application roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with WorkOS or similar identity middleware.
• Light scripting ability in Python or Node.js.
