You'll lead cross-functional strategic projects across the full customer lifecycle for EliseAI's housing division. You will drive impact by improving sales performance, pricing, and client onboarding. This role offers ownership of outcomes in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive cross-functional strategic projects across the full customer lifecycle
• Analyze client workflows to identify automation and adoption opportunities
• Design internal processes and playbooks to support scale
• Build internal reporting, forecasting, and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startup
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
• Strong slide-builder and effective in Excel/Sheets
• Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week
