💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor to business owners on Paraform's supply-side, helping them optimize usage and grow revenue. You'll work cross-functionally across operations, product, and GTM to drive marketplace liquidity and scale the supply engine. This role offers a future-founder training ground with full ownership and fast iteration.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own high-stakes relationships with top recruiters
  • Scale the supply engine from onboarding to retention
  • Run marketplace experiments with incentive programs
  • Bridge ops and product translating insights into improvements

📋 Requirements

  • 4-8 years of account management or startup operations experience
  • Experience in customer-facing post-sales or operations roles
  • Experience owning a revenue target
  • Early stage startup experience from series A to pre-IPO
