You'll manage the full lifecycle of talent development programs for a global GameTech company. You will use data-driven insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and support employee growth across 2,800+ employees. The role offers hybrid working and strong benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vendor contracts, planning, delivery, and budget monitoring.
• Analyze L&D metrics and satisfaction data to improve programs.
• Coordinate invoice processes from intake to settlement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs with business outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Learning & Development.
• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, or related field.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
