You'll own and drive multiple component tests for autonomous cargo aircraft and ground support equipment, working with structures, propulsion, and electrical systems. You'll collaborate with design engineers to define test requirements and build test equipment, then analyze data to correlate ground test results with real-world flight performance. This role blends design, engineering, and hands-on work at a rapidly scaling company backed by Y Combinator and the U.S. Air Force.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute structural, electrical, and propulsion system tests.
• Design and build test fixtures, select sensors, and set up data acquisition.
• Analyze flight data to drive ground test requirements and correlate results.
• Gather data, perform analysis, and report actionable recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical engineering.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering principles.
• Proven experience with data acquisition and signal conditioning.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, VBA, or other engineering programming languages.
