Description

You will lead the Capital Risk and Deal Reporting product area at Affirm, building systems that enable investor-grade accuracy, reduce operational risk, and support efficient capital deployment. You'll own the vision for these systems, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure durable, automated workflows that scale with Affirm's growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience in finance, accounting, capital markets, or debt capital markets a big plus
• Proven ability to lead diverse stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision making
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to investigate data discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term direction for Capital Risk and Deal Reporting systems
• Enable analytical and forecasting capabilities for better capital decisions
• Build foundational systems for investor-grade accuracy with reconciliation and traceability
• Eliminate operational fragility by replacing manual processes with automated solutions
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Accounting
