Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in home health, you will assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. You'll serve adult and geriatric patients in Windsor/Windham County, VT.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Vermont
• Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by APTA
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
• Provide treatment, tests, and client education
• Implement interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients
