You'll lead on-road vehicle recovery operations for Waymo's autonomous fleet across multiple high-density markets. You'll develop scalable frameworks and ensure rigorous safety standards while optimizing logistics to minimize vehicle downtime. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop scalable operational framework for on-road vehicle recovery
• Manage third-party recovery partner relationships and SLAs
• Act as primary escalation point for complex recovery scenarios
• Optimize last-mile logistics with Depot Operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial fleet operations or vehicle recovery
• Deep understanding of EV platforms and high-voltage safety procedures
• Experience managing vendor SLAs through data-driven audits
• Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple geographies

• Experience with autonomous vehicle recovery and ghosting software
