🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform month-end close including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare budget-to-actual reports and variance analyses.
• Assist with annual financial audit and compliance documentation.
• Monitor restricted grant funds and support budget reforecasts.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• 1-2 years in a NJ public or charter school setting.
• CDK Systems software experience.
• Knowledge of fund accounting for government entities.

• CPA or MPA certification.
• Familiarity with NJDOE budget format and EWEG platform.
