🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact field marketing initiatives
• Design impactful event experiences for healthcare decision-makers
• Co-create field marketing initiatives with commercial and services partners
• Ensure structured follow-up and ROI tracking with Sales

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Business or Marketing, or vocational training in B2B marketing agency
• Proven experience in similar marketing role, ideally in agency, scale-up or SaaS
• Highly structured and detail-oriented with bias toward execution
• Fluency in German and English
